1. Who to contact

Aphelion Lavis Group is the contact for the website and correspondence described in this notice. For questions about your personal data or to exercise your rights, write to legal@aphelionlavis.com.

This notice concerns the Washix website. Other group websites and services may have separate privacy information.

2. Information we process

• Website visits. Technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps and security events.
• Email enquiries. Your email address, name and business contact details if provided, together with your message, attachments and subsequent correspondence. We receive this information directly from you or from someone corresponding on your behalf.

The website does not offer user accounts, online purchases or a newsletter subscription. Providing information by email is voluntary, although we may be unable to address an enquiry without sufficient details. Please send only what is relevant and avoid unnecessary sensitive information about yourself or others.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

We use information to respond to enquiries, manage related business correspondence, operate a reliable website, investigate misuse and handle privacy requests.

• Operating and protecting the website: our legitimate interest in making corporate information available and preventing abuse.

Cloudflare. The website is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes technical request and network information to route traffic, provide content and help protect the service. Its privacy policy explains its processing of information relating to website visitors.

Email and professional support. Email and technology providers process information as needed to deliver their services. Relevant correspondence may also be shared with the people handling your enquiry, professional advisers where necessary, or authorities where disclosure is required by law.

Cloudflare and other service providers may process information outside Andorra, including in the United States. Provider privacy information describes their international processing arrangements. Where a transfer requires safeguards under applicable data protection law, those safeguards must apply. You can contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your enquiry.

5. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies or behavioural tracking tools. Cloudflare may use technical cookies to manage traffic or verify security challenges, depending on the protection features that apply to a visit. These functions are described in Cloudflare’s cookie documentation.
